There is outside lighting only. There is no electrical power or lights in the units.

An admin fee of $10.00 is due at commencement of rental.

Your insurance covers your goods. Please check with your insurance agent to verify coverages. Pierson Road Storage insurance policy does not cover your items.

Pierson Road Self Storage is located at 6141 W. Pierson Rd, Flushing, MI 48433, just 2.5 miles east of downtown Flushing and 2 miles west of Highway 75. We’re situated right on Pierson Road, the main thoroughfare in and out of town.

We provide the convenience of online bill pay. You can manage your account and payments remotely, making the process simple and contactless. We do not bill. All rent is payable in advance or on the 1st of the month, which we will collect monthly auto billing of your debit/credit card.

There is a $20 late fee if rent is not paid by the 1st of every month. This amount will be required to be paid to avoid termination of your contract.

Upon the failure of a tenant to pay the rent for the storage space or unit when it becomes due, the owner may, without notice, not less than 5 days after the date the rent is due, deny the tenant access to the personal property located in the self-service storage facility or self-contained storage unit. [Michigan Law – MCL 570.52(1)]

It is your responsibility to call us when you have moved your property out of your unit. We do not reimburse partial month’s rent if you check out in the middle of the month.
